Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of MS.A Beauty’s website, services, and appointment policies.
1.2 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
1.3 Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to receive treatments.
2. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
🌹 Warm Reminder: Once your booking is confirmed, a reservation fee will be charged.
2.1 Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a non-refundable charge of the full booking fee.
2.2 Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time will be shortened, but the full fee will still apply.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and the full booking fee will be charged.

3. Payments, Refunds & Exchanges
3.1 Payment Policy:
All service fees must be paid in full at the time of the appointment unless otherwise specified.
We accept [list accepted payment methods]. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Refund & Exchange Policy:
Prepaid Credits: Can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, credits are non-refundable but can be exchanged for other services.
Skincare Products: Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3.3 Services already rendered are non-refundable.
4. Medical & Safety Disclaimer
4.1 Our treatments are cosmetic and non-medical and do not replace professional medical care.
4.2 Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatment. MS.A Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions.
4.3 Results may vary based on individual skin types and conditions.
5. Gift Cards & Promotions
5.1 Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.2 Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and expiration dates.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
6.1 We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 All client treatment records and personal information are kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Liability & Indemnity
7.1 While we take all necessary precautions, MS.A Beauty is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction arising from treatments.
7.2 By booking an appointment, clients accept full responsibility for their treatment choices and results.
7.3 Clients waive any claims against MS.A Beauty, its staff, and affiliates in relation to service outcomes.
